Here Kitty, Kitty by MKmiec Here Kitty, Kitty by MKmiec
Few days ago I tried to "clean" a little bit my flat so I won't die by being buried in garbage and I found really old notebook where I used to draw in. I remid myself that I drew a lot of anthros (even if back then I had no idea that they should be called anthros Meow :3 ) So I decided to give it a try again. It was a lot of fun.

I used a looooot of different photo references for this one (I even took few photos of myself^^') 'cause the pose I chose was really challenging but I've learn a lot while doing this!

Oh wow, that's amazing. The textures and colouring look great and I love how you played with the focus (via blur). I can hardly fault it but I did notice there's rings of light, where you have the edge of the leggings and top of the dress, which I don't think should be there. I can't really comment on the pose without looking at some reference myself because I'm not very good with foreshortening (but it looks really good).

It's not dress, it's pajamasCry run

I think I know what you mean. I was experimenting with this, and I think that in the edge of her socks it works quite well, I got the feeling that it looks more realistic (but I'm not able to explain why...I am a dummy! )
But you're right that in the top of her.. top.. it doesn't work.
And I'm not happy about the way that her hair are connected to forehead.

Lol. Sorry, I guess it's technically a nightgown which is a sort of pyjama dress. Regarding the light, I suppose it could be that the socks are tight and are pushing the skin up; that would make sense. I see what you mean about the hair, I think, as it is, it's like she has a trimmed fringe but from what you said, that's not what it's supposed to be. You could look at something like this to help: static1.squarespace.com/static…
I think just some variation would help.

Nightgown.. www.stylishguides.com/wp-conte… well, if you said so ^^

This is exactly what I was trying to achieve in the edge of the socks..finally it wasn't so difficult to explain..

Thank for the picture, it will be useful for the next timeMeow :3

Haha well that's certainly something... Maybe you could do another character in one of those "vintage" gowns.
